An item on the web site is out of stock, but I want to order one. How do I go about doing that?
When stock items are sold out, we like to make several more at a time in order to replenish our inventory. Depending on our workload, sometimes this can take 30+ days. If you're interested in purchasing, or would like to know when that item is back in stock, just fill out our contact form, and we'll let you know!

What shipping carrier do you use?
We use either USPS or UPS for shipping. If you prefer one over the other, please contact us to order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
I just purchased an item that was in stock from your website. How long until it ships?
It can take 1-5 business days to package an order for shipment. Depending how far away you live, please plan for an additional 2-5 business days for the package to arrive at your door. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us. Additional fees will apply.
I ordered a custom product. How long will it take to receive it?
Please allow 30 days for completion. (Does not include shipping time).
I paid for an order on your web site, and chose the store pickup option because I live nearby. How long do I have to pick up my item?
We will hold paid items for no longer than 30 days. Please contact us if you feel you may miss that deadline, and we'll try to work with you. Items that are not picked up within 30 days will automatically be refunded, and placed back in our inventory for sale to the next buyer. We are open Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
My credit card was declined. What's going on?
Your credit card will be declined for the following reasons:
The zip code entered in the billing address is not the same zip code associated with the card.
The CVV code entered with the credit card information is incorrect from the one associated with your card.
The credit card being used has been deemed "High Risk" by the payment processor's algorithm. This typically occurs when there has recently been fraudulent activity, or suspected fraudulent activity, associated with the card being used. Please try another card. Also, please forward questions about your cards potential fraudulent activity to your credit card provider.

What is Elkwood Arts?
Elkwood Arts is a program of Dickinson Center, Inc. that is a licensed vocational workshop. Elkwood Arts is located in Ridgway, Pa and specializes in woodworking, as well as providing vocational services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
What happens in a "licensed vocational workshop"?
Consumers within the Elkwood Arts program gain work experience and participate in other developmental work training activities to promote movement into a higher level vocational program.
Do consumers have to pay for these services?
Payment for services may be rendered through various funding sources such as Consolidated Waiver, and/or county funding.
What else can Elkwood Arts offer for a consumer interested in attending the program?
Our brand new, state-of-the art facility is quiet, climate-controlled, private, and secure. Consumers can pick their hours within our operations time and enjoy a flexible schedule. There is also access to public transportation.
Consumers at Elkwood Arts can feel comfortable in a one-on-one atmosphere, earn a paycheck, work and have FUN!
How do I (or someone I know) join the Elkwood Arts team?
Elkwood Arts currently services individuals that reside in Elk and Cameron Counties of Pennsylvania who have an Intellectual Disability/Mental Health diagnosis, and are age 18 and over.
