Returns will need prior approval by Elkwood Arts staff. Please use the form below to contact us about a return or refund.
General returns and refunds will be accepted WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY OF THE ORDER. Shipping damages should be reported to us within this time frame as well.
Elkwood Arts will allow 30 days after delivery for product malfunctions/failures to be reported to qualify for a return.
GENERAL RETURNS ON STOCK ITEMS:
Customer will pay return shipping. Once a returned item comes back to our facility, it will be inspected for any damage. If the item is in good condition, we will then process the replacement or refund. Customer will be charged for shipping of the replacement.
RETURNS FOR A FAULTY ITEM OR WORKMANSHIP:
If your order doesn't work correctly like it should, or is faulty, please contact us within 30 days after delivery for a return or refund. Under this return policy, customers will not need to pay additional shipping costs for regular ground. Photographic proof may be requested to process your return. Damages on items that occur after the 30 day time limit will not be refunded/replaced.
If your order was damaged in the shipping process, please do not throw away any packaging, etc., so Elkwood Arts can file a claim with the shipping carrier. If you dispose of a damaged shipment and its packaging prior to our claim being accepted, you will NOT receive a refund or return.
Once we receive the claim reimbursement, we will notify you as to whether to ship the item back to us (with provided return shipping label) or to keep the item. Customer will not have to pay shipping on the replacement item.
Orders with any personalization attributes are not eligible for a return or refund, unless faulty workmanship or shipment damages have occurred. Photographic proof may be required to process the return.
